✅ Proven experience as a Sushi Chef (first-hand / ohands-on)
✅ Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi & sashimi preparation
✅ Ability to handle fish breakdown, prep, and presentation independently
✅ Attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety standards
✅ Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Reliable, responsible, and professional
