2. This defense and indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement and the termination of your use of the Site or any 餐馆介绍所 product, program or service.

3. Class Action Waiver

By using the Site or any Network Element and in exchange for the services offered by 餐馆介绍所, you acknowledge that 餐馆介绍所 can only offer these services to you in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
