Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house flow
✅ Lead, train, and support team members to maintain high service standards
✅ Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relations
✅ Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
✅ Assist with scheduling, payroll, and team communication
✅ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
✅ Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture

Who You Are:
✔️ 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Passionate about food, service, and teamwork

✔️ Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus, but not required
✔️ Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
